Tartufi Jimmy was established by Giovannino Cecchini in 1980. Jimmy dreamed of making a living from his great passion for fresh truffles. Surrounded by maple and oak trees, the company is now located in the small village of Pietralunga in Umbria.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, eggs (20%), summer truffle 5% (Tuber aestivum Vittad., EU origin), flavouring.
