FoieGood is an alternative to foie gras. Creamy, smooth duck liver pâté with plenty of flavour and a delicate hint of truffle. The ducks live outdoors, cages are never used, they grow slowly, have access to water to swim in, and receive 100% natural, vegetable-based feed. And they are not force-fed.
The pâté is wonderful to spread on, for example, buttered toast or crackers, with a sprinkle of sea salt. The product is gluten-free.
