Sweet Tomato Vinegar - Belberry
A fresh and fruity vinegar specialty with 26% tomato, combining the natural sweetness of tomato with a mild acidity. Apple juice and powdered sugar round off the taste, creating a softer and more balanced vinegar than a classic wine vinegar.
It is particularly suitable for tomato salads, green salads, and grilled vegetables. Also use it in marinades, dressings, and vinaigrettes, or as a fresh acidic element for mozzarella, burrata, fish, and white meat.
