Tunnbröd can be soft or crispy and comes in many varieties depending on the choice of grain, leavening agent, and rolling pin. The dough is made from different combinations of wheat, barley, oats, and rye. These are made from wheat flour and rye flour and baked with yeast.
With Sigtuna Tunnbröd, you will experience a crispy recreation and renewal of the beloved Swedish tradition of tunnbröd. A special fermentation method gives the desired airiness to the bread biscuit.
