Another one of Tastefulness' snack favourites. This time we are in Sweden, where, in addition to shortbread, they are known for their thin bread. Tunnbröd can be soft or crispy and comes in many varieties depending on the choice of grain, leavening agent and rolling pin. The dough is made from various combinations of wheat, barley, oats and rye. These are made from wheat flour and rye flour and baked with yeast.
