The Champagne in the basket
Elemart Robion is a small family estate in the village of Lhéry, where Catherine, Thierry, and Eloi Robion have cultivated the fields organically since 2014. VB03 is a blend of 70% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay, and 10% Pinot Noir, and the dosage is kept low, making the wine fresh and dry with notes of peach, apricot, and lime.
The rest of the basket is chosen to complement it: almonds and cheese crackers for the first glasses, champagne curd to spread on the bread chips, and chocolate for when the bottle is empty.
