This fresh Alsace rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir. It is a light, elegant wine for warm days and relaxed moments, with plenty of freshness, delicate fruit notes and a charming summery character.
Colour, aroma and taste: Delicate pale pink with beautiful coral hues. The aroma offers fine notes of red berries such as raspberry and strawberry, complemented by a subtle touch of gooseberry. The palate is fresh, soft and fruity, with elegant summer berry notes and lively acidity leading to a light, harmonious finish.
Serving suggestions: Perfect as an aperitif and an excellent choice with grilled fish, light summer dishes and simple meals where the wine's freshness can lift the food.
