Kestener Paulinsberg Riesling Spätlese 2019
An award-winning white wine from the Mosel Valley, made from grapes grown on steep slate slopes with ideal conditions for Riesling. The wine has a beautiful straw-yellow color and offers intense aromas of sour cherry, mango, and blueberry. The taste is fruity, sweet, and balanced with lively acidity and a long finish with notes of mango and amarena cherry.
Suitable for desserts, cheeses with sweet elements, blueberry pancakes, game pâté, and especially Asian food - particularly dishes with a little spice, where the wine's sweetness and freshness create a fine balance.
Serve at 10-12 °C
