Despite the fact that the gin is solely distilled from juniper berries, Elg Mono Botanical has a complexity and purity not seen before. Elg Mono Botanical has sweetness from the essential oils, which also contribute to the scent of pine needles and citrus.

Master Distiller Henrik Elsner has chosen to challenge himself and create the world's simplest gin - namely a gin made from juniper and only juniper. A rarity as only a handful of these mono botanical gins are made. Elg Spirits is located close to Fredensborg with lands down to Esrum Sø. The distillery was established in 2009 by Henrik Elsner - and primarily focuses on gin!

Tastefulness Tip: Remember that a really good G&T - in addition to the high quality of "raw materials" in the glass - is always defined by containing plenty of ice cubes. 

Mix your G&T in the ratio - 2 parts tonic to 1 part gin.
