Champagne - Yann Alexandre Blanc de Blancs Brut 2017
This vintage champagne comes from the Alexandre family's own vineyards around the village of Courmas, where the chalk and clay soil gives the must its fine minerality and crisp structure.
In the glass, the champagne unfolds with aromas of white flowers, green apples, and citrus, followed by subtle notes of brioche and toasted almonds. The taste is clean and precise, with an elegant freshness balanced by a creamy texture and a long, saline finish.
Perfect as an aperitif or accompaniment to oysters, shellfish, and light dishes with fish or poultry.
