Elegant and well-balanced champagne with fresh notes of lemon, green apples, pears and apricot, rounded off by a hint of honey. Made from 80% Chardonnay (15% barrel-aged), 10% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir.
Perfect with: sea bass, shellfish, oysters, duck with orange, chicken, or as a festive aperitif.
