From Charly-sur-Marne in the Vallée de la Marne comes this elegant champagne from Gratiot & Cie. Made with 85% Meunier and 15% Chardonnay and a dosage of 9 g/l, it has a harmonious, rounded style.
Fresh and fruity, with notes of peach and apricot and a subtle hint of toasted bread. Chardonnay adds acidity and balance. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with light dishes or at a festive dinner.
