Wine gums with caramel chocolate, liquorice powder and sea salt
Limited Edition no. 009 in the small tube. Soft gourmet wine gums coated in white caramel chocolate and rolled in pure liquorice powder with Maldon sea salt. The sweetness of the caramel meets the bitterness of the liquorice, and the salt ties it together.
Handmade in Denmark with gelatine-free wine gums and sustainable chocolate.

Ingredients: white caramel chocolate 54.6 % (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, lactose (milk), whey powder (milk), skimmed milk powder, caramelised sugar, emulsifier: lecithins (soya), natural vanilla flavouring, salt), wine gum 41.2 % (sugar, invert sugar syrup, water, maize starch, glucose syrup, acid: citric acid, flavouring, black carrot concentrate, colour: curcumin, coconut oil, glazing agent: carnauba wax), liquorice powder 3.8 %, Maldon sea salt 0.4 %. Cocoa solids: 31.9 % minimum in the chocolate part.
