BLÅ is an elegant and alcohol-free aperitif with a fine balance of freshness, softness, and complexity. The taste is refined and vibrant with a beautiful depth from both white and green teas.
You are met with delicate aromas of jasmine, chamomile, and a hint of citrus, which provide a light and inviting first impression. This is followed by a round and harmonious taste, where white teas add softness, while green teas contribute complexity and character. Darjeeling First Flush rounds off the experience with pleasant tannins and a long, elegant finish. The colour is light green with subtle yellow nuances.
BLÅ is perfect as an alcohol-free aperitif and is also an excellent choice for starters, vegetarian dishes, light main courses, and desserts.
