Sweet tomato vinegar - Belberry
A fresh and fruity vinegar speciality with 26 % tomato, combining the natural sweetness of tomato with a mild acidity. Apple juice and icing sugar round off the flavour and give a softer, more balanced vinegar than a classic wine vinegar.
It is particularly good with tomato salads, green salads and grilled vegetables. Use it also in marinades, dressings and vinaigrettes, or as a fresh, tangy note with mozzarella, burrata, fish and white meat.
