Sicilian lemon vinegar - Royal Selection
An elegant and fruity lemon vinegar made from sun-ripened Sicilian lemons. It has a mild, harmonious acidity balanced by natural freshness and a gently rounded sweetness.
This lemon vinegar is perfect for salad dressings, where it adds a refined citrus note, and it also lifts fish, shellfish and vegetable dishes with its fresh, aromatic character. Use it in marinades or as a finishing touch when a dish needs a light, delicate citrus lift.
