Sicilian mandarin vinegar - Royal Selection
Sun-ripened Sicilian mandarins give this speciality an intense, full fruit flavour. The natural sweetness of the mandarins blends beautifully with the mild acidity of the vinegar, creating a harmonious balance between freshness and roundness.
This mandarin vinegar is particularly good in salads - especially with bitter leaves, where the sweet citrus note creates an elegant contrast. It also works perfectly in hearty vegetable soups and with fried fish, shellfish and poultry, where it adds a fresh, refined lift. Try a few drops over vanilla ice cream or in a dessert - the fruity mandarin gives a surprising and delicate finish.
