Elderflower vinegar - Royal Selection
An elegant and aromatic elderflower vinegar, where the sweet, floral juice of elderflowers is combined with a mild, well-balanced vinegar. The result is a delicate speciality with a fresh, lightly floral character and a pleasantly rounded acidity.
The elderflower vinegar is perfect with fine spring vegetables, crisp salads and fresh fruit, where it adds a light sweetness and a hint of summer. It is also ideal as a refined touch in light dressings or as an elegant finish to a dish.
