Cockles in Cold-Pressed Rapeseed Oil
The unique natural conditions of the Limfjord give cockles their characteristic mild, lightly saline flavour and firm texture. Although many are exported to kitchens abroad, some fortunately stay in Denmark. To bring out their delicate flavour, these cockles are gently preserved in cold-pressed rapeseed oil.
