Classic balsamic glaze
A classic balsamic glaze with a full flavour and a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Made in Italy according to proud traditions, with a round, well-rounded character that makes it a versatile addition to the kitchen.
The creamy, lightly syrupy consistency makes it ideal both for adding flavour and for decorative plating. It brings depth without overpowering the other ingredients in a dish.
Well suited to salads, caprese, grilled meat, chicken and vegetables, and as the finishing touch on pizza and bruschetta. It also works surprisingly well with strawberries, ice cream and other desserts.
