Balsamic glaze with lemon
A fresh and aromatic balsamic glaze with natural lemon flavour. It combines the familiar, rounded sweetness of balsamic with a light and lively citrus note, giving an elegant balance between sweet and tart.
The pale colour and creamy, syrupy consistency make it ideal for both flavour and visual finish. It adds freshness without dominating and gives a dish a light, summery character.
