Tomato sauce with capers and olives - rich Mediterranean flavour
This Italian tomato sauce combines sun-ripened tomatoes with the salty, aromatic flavour of black olives and capers. The result is a rich sauce with plenty of Mediterranean character, balancing the tomatoes' natural sweetness with intense savoury notes.
