Nordic from end to end
Denmark and Sweden share the basket between them. The apple juice and rhubarb drink are Danish, the bread crisps, cheese crumbles and preserve are Swedish, and both kinds of wine gum are handmade in Denmark.
It is put together as a small spread rather than seven separate things. The fig and olive preserve goes on the bread crisps, where the caramelised sweetness meets the salt, and the cheese crumbles are eaten as they are. Then there are two kinds of wine gum - one with liquorice and white chocolate, the other fresh with lime and lemon.
The two drinks pull in different directions: apple is clean and fresh, rhubarb is tart with a soft note of vanilla.
Completely free of alcohol, so the gift suits everyone. Also available in a version with organic beer from Kølster.
The basket is packed by hand in a gift box with wood wool and tissue paper. You can always add a handwritten card with a personal greeting, at no extra cost. We deliver throughout Denmark.
