Pinot Noir - Poulet Père & Fils
A light, juicy Pinot Noir from Pays d’Oc in France, with a ruby-red colour and aromas of cherry, blackcurrant and strawberry. The palate is rounded and soft, with delicate oak and vanilla notes, silky tannins and a pleasant finish.
A versatile red wine to pair with veal, pork, poultry and pasta dishes. Serve slightly chilled at 12-14 °C.
Founded in 1747, Poulet Père & Fils is based in Nuits-Saint-Georges. This wine carries the Pays d’Oc IGP designation.
