A creamy and flavourful dressing with a harmonious combination of sweet honey and aromatic ginger. The dressing has a mild acidity and is rounded off with ingredients such as mustard, tarragon, roasted onion and white pepper.

It is suitable for green salads, cabbage salads and bowls, but can also be used with chicken, salmon and grilled vegetables. Also try it as a dressing in sandwiches and wraps, as a dip for crunchy vegetables or as a flavourful marinade for meat and fish.
