Bærliner - Berliner Weisse with Raspberry
A fresh, tart, and aromatic Berliner Weisse brewed with pilsner malt and raw wheat. The beer is soured and infused with fresh organic raspberry purée, which provides a natural fruitiness and a beautiful pink color in the glass.
The taste is light and lively with a fine balance between the classic, refreshing tartness and juicy notes of ripe raspberries. It has a soft mouthfeel from the wheat and a clean, dry finish, making it exceptionally drinkable.
