Duck Liver Pâté with Porcini Mushrooms, No Force-Feeding
FoieGood is a delicate and responsible alternative to foie gras. This creamy, smooth duck liver pâté is full of flavour and enhanced with porcini mushrooms, which add a deep, umami taste and a subtle hint of forest floor.
The ducks live outdoors – cage-free and without force-feeding, with access to open water and the opportunity to move freely. They grow slowly and are fed a 100% natural, vegetable diet.
The pâté is wonderful on buttered toast or crackers and is even more delicious with a sprinkle of flaky salt or a tart compote.
The product is gluten-free.
