Fresh cremant Pinot Noir with raspberry and cherry fruitiness - clean and balanced. It has a very elegant bubbly finesse.
Cremant Rosé can be served as an aperitif, with sushi, with fish. For dessert with red berries, it will really be a super match - e.g. for raspberry mousse, strawberry cake.
Serving temperature 6-8 degrees, preferably in a champagne glass.
