Mono Botanical Gin with the Scent and Taste of Juniper
Despite the gin being distilled solely from juniper, Elg Mono Botanical possesses a complexity and purity never before seen. Elg Mono Botanical has sweetness from the essential oils, which also contribute to the scent of pine needles and citrus.
Master Distiller Henrik Elsner has chosen to challenge himself and create the world's simplest gin - a gin made from juniper and only juniper. A rarity, as only a handful of these mono botanical gins are produced. Elg Spirits is located near Fredensborg with land extending to Esrum Lake. The distillery was established in 2009 by Henrik Elsner - and primarily focuses on gin!
