Duck liver pâté with truffle - without force-feeding
FoieGood is an alternative to foie gras. A creamy, soft duck liver pâté full of flavour with a delicate note of truffle. The ducks live outdoors, cages are never used, they grow slowly, have access to water to swim in and are fed a 100 % natural, plant-based diet. And they are not force-fed.
The pâté is wonderful spread on buttered toast or a cracker, ideally with a few salt flakes. The product is gluten-free.
