Utopia Renée is produced at Kelleris vineyard in North Zealand. The wine is sparkling and is produced according to the traditional Champagne method, where the second fermentation takes place in the bottle. This classic method gives the wine its characteristic finesse and depth, perfect balance and complexity. The grapes that make up this exceptional wine are carefully handpicked in the vineyard. In addition, "green harvesting" is practiced, which ensures that only the finest and most ripe grapes are used. This method reduces the yield, but increases the quality and intensity of the remaining grapes.
