The bottle itself is a nice champagne bottle with a real champagne cork. The bottle contains 75 cl, equivalent to 6 items. Medium sweetness. 12% alcohol.

• Can be spiced up with a slice of clementine/tangerine/orange

• Add a drop of angostura - if you want more bitterness.

• Try pouring a bit of liqueur in the bottom of the glass - orange, blackberry or similar, if you want it to be sweeter.

Master distiller Henrik Elsner's tonic water is based exclusively on Chinese bark extract, citric acid, sugar and mandarin extract. "My own blend" says Master distiller Henrik Elsner.

Both gin and tonic are produced in the distillery at Esrum Sø, but have made a trip to Frankfurt to be provided with bubbles and bottled in a beautiful design with a champagne cork.
