Raspberry preserve with star anise - Belberry
An exclusive preserve made with ripe raspberries and aromatic star anise. The raspberries give an intense fruitiness, fresh acidity and natural sweetness, while the star anise adds warmth, depth and an elegant spiced finish.
The preserve was developed especially for cheese and suits creamy, soft and more robust cheeses alike. It can also be used as a refined accompaniment to pâté and charcuterie, or as a flavourful detail on a tapas table.
