The ducks live outdoors - without cages, without force-feeding, with access to open water and the freedom to move around. They grow slowly and are fed a 100 % natural, plant-based diet.
The pâté is wonderful on buttered toast or a cracker, and even better with a few salt flakes or a tart compote. The product is gluten-free.
